Discover, explore and EXPAND your Lemurian Motu B~earth Sign with an energetic, flowy movement that cleanses and energizes your vibratory field. Each B~earth sign has two medicinal beings supporting you at all times. This chi~yoga style flow imparts the movement and energies of these beings to activate and expand your capacity. Visit 'motuflow' on Instagram to learn more ~ 〰️ This is accessible flow for everyone, everywhere, everyday and can be modified for different levels of intensity 〰️ This is Yoga moving in time/space - sans static postures 〰️ The overall goal being to have MORE energy afterwards and a juicy activation of our para-sympathetic nervous systems as we move fluidly and naturally, flõwing with the elementals The core tenets of this movement: 〰️ Move Actively 〰️ Move from the Core 〰️ Move Fluidly 〰️ Breathe Naturally This flõw involves 5 dimensions of movement in the core & trunk: 〰️ Earth 🌍 Dimension: shortened to lengthened spine 〰️ Fiya 🔥 Dimension: forward to backward bending spine 〰️ H2O 💦 Dimension: side to side bending spine 〰️ Air 🌬 Dimension: twisting spine to left & right 〰️ Ether🌪 Dimension: expansion and contraction of trunk We flõw through 13 meditative flows weaved together as one, beginning with the Kopunui - The Wombat (June). The Lemurian Calendar begins in June ( Winter/Spring ). The first 6 movements are energy releasing (sympathetic), and the last 6 are energy gathering (para~sympathetic).
